Thank you for considering fostering with us! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at foster@dallasdogrrr.org. We look forward to welcoming you into the Dallas DogRRR family.

By fostering, you’re lending your love and helping a rescue pet blossom into the dog they were meant to be.

Dallas DogRRR covers all medical expenses and provides essential supplies when you foster. We ask for your help with:

• Transporting the dog to and from vet appointments.

• Networking the dog for adoption.

• Bringing the dog to local adoption events.

DISCLAIMERS

At Dallas DogRRR, all of our animals go through a thorough medical and behavioral evaluation process. While it’s not necessarily rigorous, each dog is carefully monitored and supported through our foster system, where they receive medical care and are observed in a home environment. Our fosters are trained to help support the behavioral needs of the animals, regularly updating us on their progress and any concerns. This allows us to disclose all known behaviors to potential adopters. However, as with any animal, new behaviors may emerge as they become more comfortable in their new home. For our boarding dogs, many have experienced a home environment at some point and receive regular socialization and training, including the Canine Good Citizen program and work with volunteers. Some dogs also undergo more intensive training based on their individual needs. We provide full transparency to adopters about each pet’s medical and behavioral history, but please understand that every dog’s behavior can evolve as they adjust to a new environment. However, we do not guarantee breed or age, as these details are based on the information available at the time of rescue.
